PRODUCT CARE
-
Hand wash: Use hot water, dish soap, and a sponge or washcloth to scrub the board until it's clean. DO NOT submerge in water.
Immediately Dry: After washing board, dry with a cloth and set on its side to let any remaining water drip off. Make sure the board is completely dry to prevent warping.
Oil regularly: Apply Herdbull Board Butter at least once a month to help prevent drying, cracking, and warping. The board butter also creates a barrier that keeps food odors and bacteria out and prevents excess moisture from being absorbed by the wood.
Store in a cool, dry place.
NEVER: Soak the board in water or put it in the dishwasher. This can cause it to crack, split, or warp.
